 About Backslash Bomb Productions Owner/Creative Director Producer Backslash Bomb Productions is a New York City-based video production company operating since 2008. BSB is a full service production company that creates the solutions for our clientele from across all platforms and categories by orchestrating the development, creation, and post-work of engaging and dynamic video, cinematic, and web content. We have created award-winning original work, lending our expertise to our vast client base, including GLAAD, Martian Entertainment, New York Public Library, News Guild, Actors Equity, Direct Marketing Associations, and Code-Ed. We have been awarded the DCA Premier grant by SI Arts (2015) and COAHSI Artist Award (2014) for our leadership role in the film community on Staten Island, NY.
Kevin Rogers (Writer/Director) is a native Staten Islander, and has been working in film in the New York City area since 2006. He was awarded Best Documentary Editing Award from Colorado International Film Festival for his work on the feature documentary "Mount Lawrence" as well as Best Writer from Sparrow Film Project for his film "13". Christina Hurtado-Pierson (Producer) is a New York-based producer and dramaturg, and serves as the in-house producer for Backslash Bomb Productions. She is one of the creators of the award-winning television pilot "Sox News", and recently made her directorial debut with the documentary "TransMilitary", which has played in festivals around the world and will soon receive online distribution. She served as a co-producer on Mount Lawrence and helped produce a national commercial campaign for GLAAD. She is the executive producer of the upcoming web series, "Kate + Date”. Christina also works as a dramaturg in theaters across New York, developing new plays and enriching classical productions.
